About The Founder
CA Sumeet Mahajan is the founder and proprietor of Sumeet Mahajan & Associates, established on 20 October 2016 vide FRN No: 030692N . He qualified as a Chartered Accountant on October 20, 2016 and has since been actively engaged in providing professional services in the areas of direct and indirect taxation, audit, regulatory compliance, and business advisory services.

He also successfully cleared the Company Secretary (CS) Examination held in December 2016, strengthening his expertise in corporate laws, governance, and regulatory compliance. His multidisciplinary qualifications enable him to provide comprehensive professional guidance to businesses, professionals, and individuals.

In order to continuously enhance his professional capabilities, he has successfully completed several specialized certification courses conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, including:

He was admitted as a Fellow Member (FCA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in November 2021, reflecting his continued experience and contribution to the profession.

In recognition of his professional involvement and contribution to professional development initiatives, he has been nominated as a Special Invitee Member of the Direct Tax Committee of NIRC of ICAI for the year 2025–26 with effect from 22 August 2025. Through this association, he contributes to discussions and professional initiatives relating to direct taxation and policy matters.
